I was fortunate enough to work with Beverlee Holdings because Bemal is my good friend. However, I doubt that our working relationship would've been any different had we not been friends before!
After having been disappointed with our previous contractor who (supposedly) completed construction on the ground floor of our house, working with Bemal actually showed us what a contractor-client relationship should be like: conversational, respectful and one where he would show us the best possible options, keeping in mind the best interests of our house and financial situation.
I think my only regret is that I didn't work with these guys for the entire house! Hopefully, for the next 🙂

The staff is treated like family which I don't see happening in many places.

they helped me realize that a dream can be actually made in to a reality. I'm currently in the process of completing 'seasons' where I hope to reside in. Bemal and his very experienced team of builders always make it very easy for you to understand architecture, find quick and quality solutions for even the smallest issue but mainly, all at Beverly take on any project and become part of an extended family which is a very reassuring feeling. We were out of the country when we were building our Villa in down south, Sri Lanka. Therefore, we wanted to find an excellent, reliable and on time service from a well established property developer in Sri Lanka. We took lot of quotations from other property developers as well.
Beverlee Holdings was the best choice we had. Their friendly approach was a great relief for us. Throughout the process, they kept in touch with us from the very beginning. Due to weather circumstances, they took few weeks more to complete our Boutique Villa. Yet we had no issues with them since they kept us informed regarding the progress of the Villa, via whatsapp, e-mail and viber. Nowadays it’s very hard to find a trustworthy company when it comes to property development. But Beverlee Holdings gave us a trustworthy service! Also their interior designing team was very creative.
